Front of House

Experience: Previous experience as a Senior Server, Head Waiter, or Captain in a high-volume or fine-dining restaurant.
Skills: Exceptional communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities. Strong leadership skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
Knowledge: Good understanding of food safety, hygiene protocols, POS systems, and beverage/wine service.
